The origin of the dream catcher. It originated with the Ojibwe people or better known by the Chippewa people. They have an ancient story about the origin of the dream-catcher. Which goes like this: The Spider Woman, known as Asibikaashi; she took great care of the people and their children on the land. Eventually, the Chippewa Nation spread to the far corners of North America and it became hard for Asibikaashi to reach everyone’s children. So all the mothers and grandmothers would weave webs for the children, using willow hoops and sinew, from plants. The dream-catchers would filter out the bad dreams and only allow the good thoughts to enter their mind. Once the sun would rise, all bad dreams would just go away.

They burn nice and long and slow! They can be made with fragrance oils as well but she prefers doing them with essential oils so that they are more natural and therapeutic. She got the idea to do these because they wanted to do something with all the wine bottles they had, thus the birth of these. This is a hobby turned budding business out of passion for her.
